Bought an aux cooling fan kit for the 80 series. It only has a [very effective] fan clutch for all the cooling needs and while that keeps the coolant and trans in the sweet spot the AC condenser is kind of on its own which means that when it’s hot out and especially at elevation the AC stops being cool when you are stopped sitting in traffic.
This is rigged to a relay so its only on when the key is “ON” and then its switched so I can leave it off in the cooler temps, turn it on as needed, or leave it on and it will fire to life anytime the truck is running. Should be a huge help. Looking forward to trying it out today with a high of 98.

*gets annoyed at fan sticker*
theres plenty room there for it to be stickered in the correct direction *twitches*

I might swap it with the switch in the lower right, the sticker was pre-applied. The switch in the lower right is hooked up to exactly nothing right now.

You need to change the positioning of the sticker to be slightly askew
from what it is now and post it...
